What you might be wondering.
Why are the prices not public?
AuditCore and ModelRegistry are enterprise software. Pricing depends on company size, usage volume and customization needs. We prefer to have a short conversation so we can give you a fair quote.
What is the pilot program?
For our first 5 customers we offer 50% off setup and the first 3 months free. A reference letter in return is all we ask.
Should we choose on-premise or cloud?
On-premise is safer for data that is critical under KVKK. Using VendorGuard as cloud is practical because the data being analyzed is contracts that are already publicly available.
How long does setup take?
A standard setup with Docker Compose takes 1 day. You are fully operational within 5 business days, including integration and training.
Does it integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI and Google Gemini are supported. Forward events to your existing SIEM/security systems via webhook.
Do you have SOC 2 certification?
We are in the certification process. Under NDA, we share detailed documentation on our current security controls.
Where is data stored?
In the on-premise version, data stays entirely on your own servers. For the cloud version (VendorGuard) we use a Hetzner datacenter in Turkey.
Is multi-tenancy supported?
Yes. Isolated tenant management is available for holding structures and multi-location enterprises.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly?
On VendorGuard Cloud, the yearly payment option gives you 2 months free (17% discount in total). Annual licensing is standard for enterprise products.
Is there a trial?
For VendorGuard, a summary of your first analysis (risk score + first finding) is free without signing up. For AuditCore/ModelRegistry, we show a live sandbox environment in the demo meeting.
